What this covers

This policy explains how manvendra-singh.in ("this site", "I", "me") handles personal information. It's a short read because this is a portfolio site — not a shop, not a platform, and not a data business.

What I collect

The only personal information I collect is what you choose to send through the contact form:

• Your name — so I know how to address you.
• Your email — so I can reply.
• Your message — what you'd like to discuss.

That's it. I don't run contact forms on any other page, and I don't ask for phone numbers, addresses, or payment details through this site.

How I use it

I use your name, email, and message solely to respond to your enquiry. When you submit the form, the details are emailed to me and I reply from my personal inbox. I don't store submissions in a database on this site.

What I don't do

To be clear about the things this site does not do:

• No cookies — this site does not set tracking cookies. The only cookies are strictly necessary ones set by the web server for the site to function.
• No analytics or tracking — no Google Analytics, no Hotjar, no Clarity, no Facebook Pixel, no fingerprinting.
• No third-party advertising — no ad networks, no retargeting.
• No database storage — contact submissions are sent by email and not stored on the server.
• No selling or sharing of data — I never sell or share your information with anyone.
• No social media embeds that track you on this site — social links go to my profiles on Instagram, Behance, Dribbble and LinkedIn, but those platforms don't track you here.

External links

This site links to external services — my social profiles and the Amazon listing for my colouring book. Once you leave manvendra-singh.in, those services' own privacy policies apply. I'm not responsible for how Amazon or social platforms handle your data.

Data retention

Because contact submissions arrive as emails, they're kept in my email inbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and then deleted or archived according to normal email housekeeping. If you'd like me to delete our correspondence, email me at hello@manvendra-singh.in and I will.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data protection law (including India's DPDP Act 2023 and, for visitors in the EU/UK, the GDPR) to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you.
• Request correction if it's inaccurate.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent to any processing based on consent.

To exercise any of these, email me at hello@manvendra-singh.in. I'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 18, and I don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data via the contact form, email me and I'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If I change how this site handles data, I'll update this page and revise the "last updated" date below. Any material changes will be noted here.
